On my way to #Catwalkfeet

On my way to #Catwalkfeet
As you already know, I have accepted the Philips Lumea #Catwalkfeet challenge, a challenge hosted for eight weeks by Wordclass Romania & powered – could not find a better word – by Anca Surdu. Former gymnast, double world champion and European champion, Ancaand her way of being – always smiling and energetic was all we missed to get to those podium feet that are so desirable. How about podium? Or why? Because she’s been thinking of a special program that in eight weeks helps us get our feet perfectly toned with exhilarating exercises. Because you have to admit that a pair of well-worked and silky legs are infinitely seductive than a neckline, no matter how deep it is. But for that, we have to work. At least in the hall, as Anca has shown us, because at home – for me, at least – Philips Lumea has saved me from any work.
For eight weeks we will be training each week onFriday at W by Worldclass with Anca. As my schedule is quite unpredictable – once I’m in Cluj another time in Bucharest, I decided to do my #Catwalkfeet training wherever I am.

I will be back to Cluj this afternoon, but I told Anca not to forget that I would be in the gym at the same time, but at the Worldclass in Cluj. We either do a Facetime or do my exercises on WhatsApp and do it myself. Why 8 weeks? Because it’s the same amount needed for Philips Lumea to convince you of its results. One session every two weeks and then occasionally, just for maintenance.

How about the first training? Devastating.

Anca? She had no mercy. She showed us the exercises in a manner and with an impeccable posture that only a gymnast or a ballerina may have and at the same time she was somehow our cheerleader, supporting and encouraging us, speaking throughout this journey and counting seconds, squats and flotations (the exercises were actually more complex). The truth is that I have not been to the gym lately, but I run on the heels and I have rided a bicycle through New York, London and Paris so I hope at least this independent exercises still count for the  #Catwalkfeet project, in the month of fashion when it’s impossible  for me to get to the gym. I still have muscle fever when I write and have been going through a few days since then.

What’s next?

In the future, Philips and Worldclass are aiming to make this class a public one. I think there are many women who want an improvement in the appearance of their legs because YES it is an obsession. I think I’m signing in for such a fitness class. Until then, perhaps you can join us in the #Catwalkfeet program. How? Stay with us and you will soon find out. We have a new challenge for you.

*we’re only warming up now’?*

Yet another training which leaves me feeling like a jellyfish

First of all, there are seven more weeks and 7 training sessions designed by Anca specifically for us and to move this group of muscles and shape our legs in the shortest possible time. I think you already know that these exercises are not very easy and most of the time the next day, if not right after training you will feel your legs go crazy, do what they want and you finally feel like a jellyfish and get that strange feeling every time you’re in front of a staircase. That’s what I experienced in the past two days. The jellyfish feeling. Here in Bucharest I am sleeping in a kind of loft upstairs and I have to climb some stairs, but after I woke up Saturday and I descended not like slow-motion, in ultra slow-motion the stairs I realized that it’s more profitable to sleep on the couch. However, I can hardly wait to see the results of these training sessions, I must admit that you have re-opened my appetite for the training classes like this one and I have just been waiting for the next sessions. During the event, I became acquainted with the new Philips Lumea Find out more about the product here.

We’re DONE. STRETCH
